Editvox Studio provides custom, made-to-order editing services. Because each project is created specifically for the client, this policy explains when refunds are and are not available.
02Custom Work
Our services involve time, scheduling, and creative work that begins once a project is confirmed. For this reason, refund terms differ from those for physical or off-the-shelf products.
03Deposits
Some projects require a deposit to reserve time in our schedule and begin work. Deposits cover work that has been scheduled and started, and are generally non-refundable once editing has begun.
04Revisions Come First
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we first address it through the revision rounds included in your project. Most concerns can be resolved with revisions rather than a refund.
05Cancelling Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before we have started editing, you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit and any payment-processing fees.
06Cancelling After Work Begins
If you cancel after editing has started, completed and in-progress work is billable. Any refund for the remaining, unstarted portion of the project is considered on a case-by-case basis.
07Completed and Delivered Work
Once a project has been completed, delivered, and accepted, it is generally non-refundable, as the work has been performed and the files have been provided.
08Monthly Packages
Monthly or recurring packages can be cancelled for future billing cycles. Work and deliverables for the current paid cycle are completed and are not refunded.
09How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, contact us by email with your project details. We review each request individually and aim to be fair and reasonable.
10Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
11Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly before opening a dispute with your payment provider.
